About Me Status: I am happily married to Phil – we have been married for over 6 years and we could not be happier! He is my “rock” in racing but even more importantly in my life as a whole. It is a blessing we both enjoy this sport and can do it together!

Profession: I have a degree in Information Technology (IT) and have recently started a new role within the company I have spent most of my professional career in as an HR IS Analyst. Although this is a career I enjoy it is not related to my real passion - the ATV Industry.

Albright Motorsport Communications: This is my latest venture – my own small business which is formed around the motorsports industry. I am freelance writer with submissions to QUAD Magazine, work with HiPer Technology, and work with ATV Exposed Magazine. My latest and most exciting service is Racer Resumes!! Be sure and check out Albright Motosports for more details!!

Location:

Malabar, Florida

Free Time:

When I am not working, training, or racing I enjoy spending time with my husband, my mom, reading, and spending time with our 3 Golden Retrievers.

A Mixture...

So…it finally happened – I graduated – actually I graduated late June but December 1st was the ceremony. I was not going to attend but with some persuasion – I sent off for the tickets. I must admit it was a lot of fun and unexpectedly I received a huge feeling of closure. Somehow I managed to graduate Magna CumLaude which means I graduated with honors! After the ceremony Phil, I, my Mom, and a great friend of mine (Sherry) headed out for some fun!! Incase you do not know me personally – my Mom is a HUGE part of our lives. I could not ask for a better Mother or friend and I treasure her.

We all had a blast hitting different places on the water – grabbing a bite or a drink…my Mom surprised me with an Apple I-Phone…I think Phil was more excited than I was – LOL – he played with the phone non stop that day – I can not blame him – it is amazing!!! It was a great day and even more enjoyable that I shared it with a few of the most important/special people in my life.

Christmas is right around the corner…really…it is coming up quick!! Phil and I decided to get a big tree this year!! I LOVE Christmas trees…we decorated it and I think my cats feel we placed it there for them and for them only. I swear my animals think I do things in life JUST to make them happy or entertain them!! I must say I am pretty happy thus far…3 Golden Retrievers, 3 cats, a 8 foot tree and only ONE broken ornament. I am crossing my fingers that I do not find the entire tree toppled over one of these days!!!

This past weekend was the Performance Racing Industry (PRI) show. So we headed over Friday and spent the day looking at cars, parts, and motor homes. It was a ton of fun and as we were heading out to leave Phil saw one of our favorite Drag racers – SCOTTY CANNON!!!!!! Scotty Cannon raced NHRA funny cars for Oakley among other sponsors and has since gone back to IHRA to race Pro Mod – where his son races as well. Phil knew he had to tell me…after all he was one of the first drivers I met at Orlando Speed World back when Phil and I first met and Phil drag raced – S. Cannon is VERY nice and personable…so when Phil got my attention I said – NO WAIT – I HAVE to have a picture…so I waited as he was talking to some other people. The smile on my face must have told him I wanted something – his smile was almost as big as mine (I am sure he was laughing at me) but he was more than happy to take a picture with me and the cheese eatin’ grin I have tells you how excited I was to meet him – again – LOL!!!!

2007 is almost over and if you are like me I am wondering where the time went!! The holidays are always special and I am a big “sap” - I love my family and friends and the time I get to spend with them. We are on the road so much that it is nice to take a step back…and take in the special moments - wait – do not get me wrong – training and riding continues (LOL) – but it is nice to be “home” and enjoying the time with one another! Hope you enjoy the pics below – have a wonderful holiday season and I hope you all come and join me here on December 19th for the live chat!!!

Jennifer
