Summer is HERE!
Summer has moved in and it is hotter than ever!!! Life has kept me SO busy that I do not have time to think half of the time. Time to get “caught up” – AGAIN – LoL!! 
I graduate this week with my Bachelor’s Degree in IT…I can’t describe the great feeling I have – NO MORE STRESS over school! F or all of you that go to school you know that it is ALWAYS on your mind -that next test, paper, or chapter to be read. It is tough to keep up with but when it is over – it is ALL worth it!!
Racing has been great! FTR’s last Hare Scramble was a blast! Phil’s family lives near Palatka – so we had a great chance to spend time with everyone – and despite the rainy weather – they made it out to cheer me on!! Phil did not race this one – but he was still healing. We had a great weekend/race – the course was short but fun. I love “wooded” tracks!! It was also great seeing friends that we have not seen in a while…and of course – learning that Jimmy Benton now races “cars” – that was scary – LOL!! Go get em Jimmy! It is always nice to come back to FL – as all racing series…we have all grown together and developed awesome friendships – they are irreplaceable!
A highlight of my summer break was Miss Racer Girl 719’s 8th B-Day!! That is right Carly turned the BIG 8!! Phil and I headed to the West coast to celebrate Carly’s big day and see everyone!! It was a blast – and SO nice to catch up with all of our friends!! Of course it was GREAT to see Brian and Myrtle – Alice and Clint!! Carly had a great birthday – the Fronckowiak’s know how to throw a great bash!! Thanks Guys – we had a blast!! PS…Brian – we are going to CAW soon…
GNCC has went well this year so far – I mean – I could do without the couple bad finishes – but that is racing and we have all been there. It just pushes ya harder to do better, be stronger, and give it that much more at the next one. Phil and I have been working on things – speaking of Phil – he has been training hard to get ready for the 07-08 FTR season!! His leg has progressed well and he is as fast as ever!! So…he will be ready when the horn blows.
So…I think we are pretty much “caught up”!! I hope everyone had a great time at the banquet – and I congratulate everyone on a great season!! Phil and I are looking forward to the 07-08 FTR season and the awesome Quad Scramble schedule!! Enjoy the pics from Snow Shoe WV!!
