Hey guys im new to your forum and would like to start off by saying that you are running a very informative site here and keep up the good work.
I have just a few questions.
Is FTR the only organized riding group in Florida?
When does the next H/S season start?
And where do you scramblers down in the Miami Area ride to practice woods racing or trail riding for that matter?

Hey welcome to the site.
To get better info on FTR go to www.floridatrailriders.org
The season start usually the last week of Aug or the first week of Sept.
As far as the Miami area goes Im clueless.
I do know there are a lot of guys racing in FTR that come from your area.
I would put a not on the FTR forum and see what happens.
There are about 10 of us on here that all race FTR and few GNCC too.
If you need to hang with someone at the race to get all the ins and outs you are more than welcome to join our group.

I am putting my Predator together and plan on running it in H/s.
I am actualy waiting for UPS to deliver my rear shock as we speak.
I am a little hesitant about FTR because before even reading this forum i have heard about how they kind of frown upon quad riders.I have however spoken to many FTR members personaly and they realy seem to like the club.

Ya only the the blow hole dorks on 2 wheels dont like us.
But the quad class is getting bigger each year and hopefully we will have our own day for racing in about 3 years.
Once you join and start racing you will either love it or hate it.
I got hooked 2 years ago and have not looked back once.

Keep in touch and we alll can hook up some time.
I know its a long drive for you but if you made a weekend out of it and came up to Crooms. That place is by far the best practice place for XC racing.

Just let me know when the next time you head up here to go to Crooms.
Im in Tampa and can be there in 50 minutes.
I can only ride on Sundays.
Im to busy with work during the summer but the winter time I can ride almost anytime I want to.

Great i think im gonna try it soon.there is realy nowhere to practice down here and plus everything is getting filled up with water.I called Seminole track yesterday and they are supposed to have an answer within 2 weeks about reopening their track.

The Quads are not the favorite group in FTR but I must say I wouldn't let that stop ya from getting involved and racing ;) On the flip side...we have met some GREAT people over the short time we have raced through FTR!!

So, get out there and give it a shot!!! Hope to see ya on the trail come race day jump2:
