Ok I dont know why I have been thinking about this, but I was thinking about running the B class.

Any suggestions?

I see there are like 40 people in the C class.

I am heading out mid-day tomorrow and should be down there around 4-5 pm. If anyone needs a bed to sleep in let me know the bunk oh my trailer is open friday night. My buddies all there there saturday night.

Its not a bad idea to run B class because riding with faster guys will only make you better.Plus most B riders know you don't win the race on the fist lap, theres les chance of a pile up in the first corner. And les chance of somebody tagen a tree in the tight stuff and holden you up.I know when I was in C passing was easy, not as easy in B class, but I'm getting better at it.

I've thought about moving up to the B class. It would give me more of a lead on those women that always run me down.:D

Hey Doug, can save me and Dooski a couple of parking places! I'll be there Saterday morning around 7 or 8. Paul is supposed to be down there some time Sat morning also. See ya there!

To get back on your question. This is just my opinion, but I would give the C class a shot for at least this one race. The starting line shouldn't be to bad. In the past races at Venice they've had a good start line. I've run it twice and I have never felt to cramped. It's easy to move up a class, but you know the kind of trouble it is to get demoted.

I agree with what Phil said to. think it's a toss up either way.

Also, don't forget to leave the key in the "on" position!:D

I have a theory that I am going to start to follow. "If someone faster than you tells you to fix something, DO IT"

Case in point, Mike told me last week when we went riding that I needed a new sprocket. Did I get one before this weekends race??? NO!!

So lap and half into it the sprocket goes. Do I think its the sprocket? NO!! I think its the clutch or the clutch basket.

Come to find out that once again after being pointed by Mike hey its not your clutch. I have found your problem. ITS YOUR SPROCKET. That think is as round as a clock.

So as I say I'm going to put that theory into effect and abide by it.

Thanks to all that helped me out this weekend and thanks to 500EX for the use of the tires. What a good group of friends you guys are, I really appreciate it.

I never even thought about the sprocket.live and learn. But on the bright side theres always next time. And sprockets are cheaper than clutches. And thanks for the bolt, saved my day.

Just a sprocket! Man, that thing sounded nasty. Glad to hear is was nothing major.
