H/S 7??

I just realized there was a H/S this weekend.

Any reports back from there??

I see the apollo race has been moved back to May.

It was a great track...some technical woods...some open woods and a couple places to go fast...a good mix.

I had an okay start(MidPack) and by the middle of the last lap I was in second. I caught a rider from another class and thought he realized I was not in his class...he looked back a few times . Well, we got to a straight and I nailed the gas...hoping he would have let me grab the line and continue on. I was wrong...he gased it also and as we went into the corner neither of us lifted. Needless to say we flipped and my left side landed in his rear tires...OUCH! :eek: The other racer flipped my bike over and made sure I was alright...I was crawling around trying to gain my senses. So, he left and I got on my bike...realized I was still blurry I took about 15 seconds and then went. I caught him not to long after that and passed him.
I finished the race and ended up in 3rd place :rolleyes: So, I am VERY happy with the results considering the events that took place.
I am VERY sore this morning with some brusing, swelling and 2 small tire burns one on my arm and the other on my side...I can't imagine what I would look like if I didn't have 2 shirts on and my kidney belt. Hey...but that is racing!!! ;)

Phil had a great race for the time he was competing...He was 8th or 9th off the start. And quickly made it to 4th / 5th battling with Reiser when his clutch gave him troubles...so he stopped to adjust and make some changes...which caused him to drop back...plus his transponder also somehow came off so he was not scored any of his laps...but he isn't worried about it...:) I think he is looking forward to next year - racing in the Vet Class!!! ;)

Yeah...it has been kinda hectic. I have just started a new job so no internet from work. At least not for a while...LoL!!! :D

Plus, my hours are longer so by the time I get home and get stuff done I am wiped for the day :)

My race was alright got 3rd two girls got stuck in between some trees when i was about 5 seconds off the leader!!! got stuck for like 3 mins cause they had too move before i could go anywhere.
But stuff like that happens But im happy with top 3

dont be too sure of that the number 1 guy in my class gets top 10 overall everytime and all of us came blazen by together and a minute is not that much !!! but im sure there will be races where i brake lol pledger and roy caught me again i was geting way too much bump steer!!! Thank god it was on the last lap Thats my new goal hold Bradley Pledger and Jernberg off lol
