Well, I am absolutly thrilled with my new quad :D It handled great...VERY happy- I don't think the smile has left my face!!! I believe I will be able to learn to ride it well and become faster...which was the plan...right...LoL!!

I didn't do as well in the race as I was hoping...I had a bad start...got by a few people and then got stuck briefly in a mud hole..then next lap I ended up in a HUGE rut and with the long travel suspension I could not get it out...Thanks to the rider on the Gas-Gas that gave me a hand...I am sorry I do not remember your name...and thanks to Ben for the hand as well!! I also had allot of thumb cramping and a little bit of arm pump...nothing that I will not get used to in time.

Phil had a good race but quickly decided to call it a day...tired....probally from working all night on my Quad...LoL!!!!

Congrats to all that finished...Will...what happened??? How did ya do Mark??? Brian...congrats on another third - you are kickin' butt jump2:

My Race Note's
1. Crashing hurts!!! The next day even more
2 Riding with a warped rear brake rotar is not bad at all!
3 Dont ever give up because the best can always come out of the worst.
4 Tim chong Checked out after my crash and never looked back and also took 8th overall..
5 Jens new quad is "SWEET" too bad her day didnt go so well..
6 I shocked myself with a second considering all that happend to me!
7 Showing off in the mud is not worth it cause you get wet gloves!!!
8 Those old guys are fast, Really Fast !!!

Good race overall My day didnt go so well after crashing But im fine with 2nd !!!

I think that was one of the best races I’ve run this season. The course had everything, tight woods, water crossings, palmettos, wide open sections, and a little bit of mud to.

After bragging on the Honda before the race about not really having any problems with starts, I ended up stalling the bike right on the start line. (next time I’m keeping my mouth shut) I got to watch everyone else round the first turn before I got it fired. I ended up finishing third. Luis, Vince, Tommy, pleasure meeting and racing with you guys. Congrats on the good finishes. Had a blast, it was a fun race!

I did find something out this weekend. Anyone ever have a problem with the throttle housing wearing a hole in the side of your finger or hand? Well, I found out a little secret from Jen. I noticed something wrapped around the throttle housing on her 400 awhile back and I had been wondering about it ever since. She didn’t have it on the Yamaha but I figured I would ask her about it anyways. She wasn’t real quick to give it up, but Phil spilt the beans. A Hair Scrunchie! :D Jen, the bike looked great, good to hear you’re happy with it.

And also, did I hear Nick say something about old guys being fast? :D Just givin ya a hard time. Cangrats on the second place!

I hear this guy is no longer single! I seen him and the Easter bunny hanging out Saturday night.

Jen and i both had bad start's and had trouble getting around some slower riders but started to get on a good rythm to find a big mud hole at a place i didn't think thier was one. I was stuck thier behind someone in the mud for what seemed like eternity had to work myself up from last to 7th. I have to work harder on picking those lines in mud races.

Hey jen i liked the pass in the bottle neck:D I got pay back's!!!!!:D
