Flat Track Race 4/2/05

Well anyone from here race FT at Dade City.
6 of use from Naples will be there in about 26hrs...:D

Also as I read some history of this site about Flat Track racing I see some were intrested in Hendry County Speedway..

This is where I race all the time and it was freaking awsome but its shut down now and probley never will open up again because the death of the track owner. He was a good friend as well and we lost alot more than a great place to Flat Track.

Well just thought I would share that with all of you sence me and 1 other guy were in charge of the quad racing there.

Wow, sorry to hear that. I didn't know. The first time I stopped by their site I thought it was great to see that type of racing starting to take off here in Florida. It sounded like there was a real good group of guys running there.

So how is Dade city? Is it an oval or more of a TT type of setup? I hope you guys are still running the grooved slicks.

Please keep us updated on what's going on, I'd like to get up there and check it out some time.

I guess its a small oval track under a 1/8 mile. I have never been there but what the heck time to race again...:D

I will keep you informed and post some pictures monday or somthing.

16 quads showed up... :eek: We had 4 heat races of 4 Quads and the top 2 went on to an A Main and the rest went to the B-Main. Then the top 2 from the B-Main went on to race the A-Main

#5 Rob Kohler won the A-Main on a 250r...:D

10 Quads is too many on that little track so we will have to work on that for the next race..
