Are women really slower than men??

LOOK MY NEW CLASS and I still get beat HAHA.



Man dont let anyone fool you these woman are just as fast as the majority of the men. If you look at Kim Windland times and of course Jennifer Albright times these girls are out there just flying around. I think we need to start calling Kim a sandbagger and make her move up to the womans class instead of the Golden Girls.

Rumor has it that are very own Jennifer Albright is going to give them women in the GNCC something to think about when they come to FLORIDA. Get riding that quad girl and whoop there butt.

See you guys next weekend in Ockeechobee. Yes, as of right now im going to go. Might just sleep in the truck or something cause im not pulling that RV down there.

Stop beating yourself up Doug!!! ;)

Well, today I got on a quad for the first time since last weekend...and it just happened to be the 500ex eyebrows:

Phil asked if I wanted to take it for a spin and I couldn't pass up the chance. So, I got my gear on and off I went. My injuries seemed to do well...my neck and shoulder didn't bother me, although I had some pain over roots and what not under my arm...I think I have some "rib issues" :confused:

I must say... that quad is something. It is allot of bike - or should I say "motor"...it runs great and can't be compared to anything I have ever ridin before. I had thoughts of running it in the GNCC but I may have some second thoughts cause in all actuality it may decide to "ride me"...LoL!!! I think I would do well on it with LOTS of seat time ;) But for now I leave that up to my "Hubby".

Okay, Doug--

Who are you calling a Sandbagger???? Did you forget that I am an old girl?? I just get out and race only, I am not lucky enough to be able to practice. I always say that I am going to try and fit it in but working full time and being a mom, wife, grama and still one who enjoys other sports--I just don't seem to find the time.

When racing, I usually try to set my sights on the women's lead rider to see how I can compare-- Maybe with a little bit of practice I may be able to keep up. In all honesty, I just may move to the women's class this next season. MAYBE!! But if I do, I am going to have to practice!! Those young girls can move!! I almost caught Michelle this past race but due to a tree that jumped in my way she got away. I hate that when that happens!! (smile)

But in all honesty, I have had some really good races this season in the Golden Girl Class-- them girls are tough!! I just get lucky in the woods section is all as my quad is narrower then theirs and that allows me to be able to move through them woods a little quicker.

Anyway just thought I would defend myself.

I am not a Sandbagger!!!

P.S. I came to this website via a post that Buddy Martin placed-- he said we could see pictures of the quad that caught on fire. Where do I find that info??

Okay-- Jennifer!! Of course no one can call you a sandbagger-- but, heck with your tallent and age the sky is the limit for you!! But for me, being an old girl I am just greatful that I am still able to do it!!

I think you should move to the Women's Class.... Actually, I think they should do away the age seperation and have an A & B Womens class. Just a thought :D

I think that you are right-- it would even out the ratio of riders per class. WE Golden Girls class is dwindling down to just us 4 and that really stinks! I love the fact that we are all going off of the same line now, although the faster girls seem to hate the Golden Girls being in their way but hey, some of those Girls are in the way of we Golden Girls too!!

First off welcome to the site. You can see the burned quad under the woods section.

2nd of YOUR A GRANDMOTHER?? Well I guess then you might qualify for the golden girls but you sure run faster than them.
